tator tots
white gravy(the packet of the black pepper kind)
tabasco sauce(or ketchup)

roll it all up in a couple tortillas....great , quick breakfast burritos

toast tortillas directly on your stove burner- either gas or electric, just toss em on there and flip em around so they don't catch fire. Low gas flame or medium electric works good.

Egg sandwiches are the staple morning fuel in NYC. I think I eat one every day for breakfast/lunch (I go in to work at 11AM).

Ham, egg, and cheese on a roll..

Now I'm starving, but I only get one egg sandwich per week.

Sourdough, 2 eggs easy, cheddar, 2 strips bacon, grilled on the bowling alley grill and served burnin' hot.

It's okay, doc said I just had a piece of polish sausage lodged in my aorta. That seemed to be what was causing the discomfort, but I'm okay now..
