I'm so stoked, I made sushi for the first time successfully today. The rice was perfect, the rolls were perfect, and I finally achieved the perfect tuna thickness.

Anyone else here make sushi???

I need more recipies.

Hell yes!

I don't make nigiri often but rolls are always easy to whip up.

Sichimi Togarashi (7 spices)

They also use sriracha hot chili sauce and Asian chili oil.

Right. So you do know all about the Japanese hot cock sauce, right? You're now the resident expert on that. Congratulations.
