I'm so stoked, I made sushi for the first time successfully today. The rice was perfect, the rolls were perfect, and I finally achieved the perfect tuna thickness.
Anyone else here make sushi???
I need more recipies. |

Sichimi Togarashi (7 spices)
They also use sriracha hot chili sauce and Asian chili oil. |
