me too

some I remember from back in the day:

Sunol snake run
Castlewood rectangle
Newark ditch behind Raley's
Niles drainage ditch

Livermore ditch near Patterson Pass (heard about this, haven't checked it out)

we were reminiscing not too long ago in the following thread http://www.skullandbonesskateboards.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=82345&highlight=

the newark ditch is still there? thought that would be filled when all the construction went up.

i might need to get someone to check the street names but there were two ditches by fremont hub crossing logan dr. one was by knoll park and the other was a drainage run by richmond ave. there are a bunch of crappy industrial banks along cherry st. by the mall in newark.

can't think of any other spots at the moment since it's been about 15 years...

i think the Newark ditch might still be there since it was part of the drainage system that ran along the freeway, there is a lot of new stuff around there but i should check it out, all that construction might have created closer parking opportunities eliminating that long walk across the field.

i don't remember the ditches near the hub but next time i'm in the area i'll take a look

we used to hit a bunch of loading docks with banked ramps in Union City off Alvarado-Niles, i'm betting those are still there but won't be as fun as the old ditches

jt11good did you ever hit the Sunol snake run? it was similar to the Raley's ditch but ran downhill, longer and was more narrow, it's still there just overgrown, fun runs there for sure

sounds like there's some opportunity to clean out some spots and start skating them again!

I'd be down for it....
