I'm wondering how many of you guys rotate your highbacks to be as close to parallel to the edge.

I've been noticing that not many people do it now. I think it's a lot more comfortable.

I have the front binding set like that. It just feels better on frontside airs and stuff. I might not be buying anything now. Got laid off so snow gear is not the priority. Not to mention we have no snow yet.

Always a good idea but the lower end binders usually don't have this option.

Just got these two subs in the mail and built them up last night. A 125 and 153 both reverse camber. Top decks are 37 x 10 1/4

I disagree 100 percent..icy conditions or the backside wall on a halfpipe will tell you much different

i was totally opposed to the thought of it myself.then a respectable, legendary figure in the sport (i wont break any toes by droppin names here).insisted that i try it ,or lose my complimentary tour of his home mtn. on a bluebird powder day..i thought he was high. i understand where your comin from, pac-coast maritime powder, even the pipe, cant compare to east-coast boiler.

yeah powder is a different story..hell all my rail boards from the early 90s didnt have highbacks..but once I started riding a ton of ice and icy east coast pipes I had to change up quite a bit
