I cooked a whole package of bacon tonight for dinner. Cooked it in the oven on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet baking it at 400 for 15 minutes. Best bacon EVER! |

Nah, it was for big sandwiches (cheeze bun, bacon, tomato, black forest ham, turkey, cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, cheddar, swiss, mayo, and mustard). They were so good. |

at Plaza Cafe in Pleasant Hill CA. I ordered some breakfast to-go one time. ordered an extra side of bacon. I expected an extra 2 pieces or something but it was a whole large to-go container stuffed with thick ass bacon!
bacon is great. |

FTR: that wasnt chicken bacon, but chicken FRIED bacon. like someone suck some strips of bacon into KFC and rolled it in the original recipe and then dropped it into the fryers.
but yes, turkey bacon isnt great, theres some that's better than others but the worst is fake'n, non-meat bacon. talk about flavored cardboard. |
