I need some longboard trucks, and instead of getting Randalls like just about everyone else, I was thinking about trying Tracker Fastracks- I've always liked Tracker's build quality of their trucks (I got my first pair of Trackers back in 1976!), and I like the idea of the oversized bushings.
I'm not stupid- I know everyone rides Randalls because they work. And yes, I know about Bears, Paris, Holeys, etc. I was hoping Bennet would make their downhill truck, but it seems a long way off.
I used to have Excates, which were okay for carving, but not for speed. I've got plenty of Indy's laying around, but nah, I want to try something new.
So, has anyone tried the Trackers? |

Haven't tried 'em, and probably won't.
Word is, they're like all other Trackers. They don't turn.
Fine for downhill, not so good for just cruising around.
Pop over to Silverfish longboarding. More info over there on longboarding than you can shake a stick at. |

Couple of the guys that I ride Fountain Hills with are riding them and really like them. We're hitting 42-43 ish tops (for reference).
I'm riding Bear's with the 10mm axles. I really like them (Landyates Evo w/Flywheels)... |

I have some 8mm Bears on an Evo - seriously kick ass trucks with some Jim Z black bushings loaded in 'em. |

I'm just worried about bending an axle. Can't decide whether or not I should go for the 10mm Grizzlys.
I probably won't be riding hard enough to bend an axle, but ya never know. |

Stubbs rode some of the Trackers at Indian School and dug them. I've got a set, and dig them. They've got the "speed" bushings out now (firmer).
Good trucks. |

About the 8mm's Bears - I have 78mm Seismic Blast Waves wheels on mine and the axles haven't bent yet. |
