yep, I like salad too. kinda pricey at around ten bucks a pop but when you add the mac and cheese, some soup, and a couple brownies, it makes for a pretty big meal.
my fav toppings are the grated cheese, hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds, raisens, and bacon bits so long as there the fresh kind and not baco's. of course I load it up with all the usual greens too. like iceburg lettuce, celery chunks, cucumber slices, maybe some carrot shards and a few beet chunks.
load that bitch up as high as you can. I know I've got enough when my plate disapears under an eight inch high pile of colorfull garden grits.
pay the nine bucks or so with your AAA card discount. grab a pepsi to go with it cuz the beer costs too much and the selection lacks.
set that baby down at a comfy booth, flip over the "I'll be back" card, and head over to the hot gooey mac and cheese tray. load up two of those cool little handle bowls and check to see if any of the soup looks good. the chicken and dumplings is okay but it tastes alot better on cold days.
cruise back to the booth, notice your tray has been picked up already by the usually over efficient staff, and your almost ready to eat.
go over to the pizza and brownie counter, [their pizza sucks, basicly just weak sauce on chewy bread], grap some napkins and four brownies.
go back to the table and wrap up two brownies to go, and two for stuffing in your face after your done cramming the rest of your meal down the ole salad chute, mac mouth, cheese hole, whatever.
then when your done, just leave a mess and dont bother to turn the "I'm finished" card over because, YOUR OUTTA THERE! |

right now $1.39 per forty will have to suffice. |

little photo backstory:
Rob "the fly" Schlaflys' car in the background at winchester skatepark.
I traded Jay Shuirman a set of Indy suspension trucks for those Vaurnets'.
Jay Shuirman bought that beer for me.
edit: theres a photo of Jay f;oating around with him standing facing the camera wearing a red hooded sweat and drinking one of the same beers and wearing the shades I just took from him.
WHO HAS IT????
c'mon somebody find it please. or do I have to offer something? |
