Panang sauce recipe?

Had some Panang sauce at a Thai restaurant. I got to thinking,
Man I have to make some of this myself.

decent grocery stores will usually carry small packs of the stuff you can make yourself (usually by just adding water), check the ethnic foods aisle if your store has one, if you see a Thai peanut sauce try that too, Peanut Chicken and Coconut Rice, mmmmm
