Easy Roasted Pork (using salad dressing as seasoning/flavoring)
Serves 8

Ingredients
1 (about 3 pound) boneless pork roast
3/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, divided
4 medium potatoes, cut/quartered
4 medium beets, cut/quartered
4 medium onions, cut/quartered
4 medium carrots, cut/quartered

Cooking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place pork in large lightly greased roasting pan; brush with 1/2 cup of the dressing.
Place vegetables in separate bowls. Use the remaining 1/4 cup dressing; toss and coat all the different veggies.
Add potatoes and beets to pork in pan. They will take a lil bit longer to tender than the other veggies.
Bake 15 min.
Remove pan from oven.
Add onions and carrots to ingredients in pan.
Continue baking 1-1/2 hours or until pork is cooked through (160 degrees F), basting occasionally with the pan juices.
Let rest 10 min. before cutting pork into slices.
Serve with the vegetables.

Try out other store bought/bottle dressings... as per you taste... awesome and easy to make... ENJOY!!!
