A buddy of mine owns a skateshop here in N Cali.. Tha Joint. He told me another dealer from reno's World of Toys had recently been invited to the santa cruz wherehouse and inside he got to browse endless NOS oldschools@$5 each. I wonder how many they still have sittin in there collecting dust!

There is seriously a place here where there are about 60 NOS decks... all brands. Back in the late eighties/ early ninties there was a shop called Phillip Galls in the mall here, they were the big seller of decks in my town, they also sold rafting/climbing/camping gear. In about 94 they quit selling skateboards altogether. I went up there about 4 months ago to see if they may still have any of the old decks anywhere. Get this, the owners son runs the place now and he skated back in the day, any board that didnt sell or sat too long he kept, says he has about 40 - 60 decks including one with a pig and ducks on it (BarnYard anyone??). I asked if I could check em' out and he was a total prick about it. He said "There not ready to be picked through by anyone that walks into the store!", he then grew a six foot long tounge and started beating bystanders with it, his back started to rip open and these strange wing protruded from with-in, he then looked at me, said have a nice day and flew off through the roof!!!! No NOS decks for me. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!! Seriously though, there is a Philip Galls here and the son supposedly has some older decks from the 80' and 90's, from what I hear he is a real prick. I went to the store and asked and they just gave me the run-around. Sorry for the crazy ass post, its 5:00 am and I need sleep. LOL!!!!!!!!!!
