One of the best for Salsa-type:
2 bunches of green onions
2 ripe chopped tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 chopped fresh green chile/ jalapeno (seeded)
1 cup drained chopped olives
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 8oz bottle fat free or low-fat Italian dressing
2 dashes of tobasco or other hot sauce
Add all ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight. |
