I used spicy sausages for Tacos instead of ground beef. And I do that for meat sauce. |

try subtituting ground turkey for beef - not only burgers but Italian metaballs & taco meat --- healthy & cheap, tasty w/ addidtion of herbs & spices, mix in some olive oil so it doesn't dty out too much |

ground turkey is USUALLY the substitute...but alas
i tried the breakfast sausage(along w/ 1 pound of the turkey)
*the sausage took over the meals whole flavor...good but bad
i made 2 boxes of the Hamburger Helper shit...using 1 pound ground turkey and bout 1/2 pound of the sausage....
but due to the sausage flavor taking over..i didnt feel the need to report the use of turkey |

I put breakfast sausage in spaghetti instead of using italian sausage or hamburger.
DONT DO IT.
It haunted me for months. I still don't crave either-- seperate or together. |

There is a reason it's called breakfast sausage. |

First time I made some pot brownies...
Went to the store (baked) got all the ingredients, thought, "Man...some almonds would be good in the brownies." So I got some.
Went back to the lair. Went all Emeril. Wait patiently as they bake (so I did too). Take em out. Let em cool. Get me a big ol' cold glass of milk. Take a big ol bite. Nearly hurl. Trace back over all the steps...did everything right. Out of the corner of my eye catch the almond pack in the trash...
MMM MMMM SMOKED almond pot brownies, with lots of salt on em for added dimension. |
