I print plastisol exclusively at my shop, but I teach at a high school and am setting up a screening area. I have just about everything. While it would be nice to print plastisol there, the reality is that the kids would make an absolute mess....probably try to plastisol down the sink. I want to keep it simple and use water-based ink and appropriate emulsion. Does anyone know of a good commercial level ink and emulsion combination that will expose well, print well, and be easily reclaimed?

Speedball Acrylic for paper, or Fabric for fabric. Ulano QX1 if they are printing small runs, or get something with diazo in it, like Ulano 925WR
