i dont think it's as much of a secret as a labor intensive job of maiking frame guides to grind them correctly and then sacrificing boards to perfect them. and i might add that i have no idea on how to help you with it. glad i could be of service!

Grime, how is it that we both joined the forum at around the same time and I have almost 3 times the # of posts as you? Shouldn't you be asking me how to carve out wheel wells? Enjoy the Anti Vid....

Whoops it would help if I actually type something.

First get a piece of PVC pipe 2"dia. cut it to about 6 inches, on one end epoxy a plug filling the pipe with a quarter inch bolt stickin out from dead center about 2", on the other side plug it with a regular bearing in the center of the plug, then wrap the pvc with griptape, stick the bolt end into you drill.
Next mount the optimum truck on the board, insert bearing end of device over the axle, turn on drill at highspeed and then turn trucks, it will hog the material off exactly where you want it off.
