I'm not sure where this originated, I think it was actually a white castle coupon book or something. My mom usually makes it every year.
White Castle Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients:
10 White Castle hamburgers, no pickle
1-1� cups diced celery
1-1� tsp ground thyme
1� tsp ground sage
3/4 tsp ground coarse black pepper
� Cup chicken broth
In a large mixing bowl, tear the meat and buns into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting. Makes about 9 cups.
Note: Allow 1 hamburger for each pound of turkey. Also, you don't have to make it inside the turkey, I usually just make it separately. Probably going to make another batch this week just cuz it's so damn good. |

you don't put stuffing in the turkey, it dries out the bird and can lead to containmation. just put aeromatics in there that you don't plan on eating.
or whatever. |
