ORDER OF THE SKULL ORDER OF THE SKULL

Does anyone have info on "SpohnCrete"? I just got an email from the city of Tulare and they are thinking about this rather that concrete. i think its going to be cheaper to build with, but crappy to skate on. Any thoughts?

Precast modular cement. Better than the other modular junk but not as good as a poured cement park.
