I had some Trader Joe's Cabernet Pot Roast last night. Per cooking instructions it came out like a brick but we ate it anyway. At some point in the meal I coughed and a chewed particle of Pot Roast lodged in my sinuses. My reflexes got the better of me and I sucked it back down into my lungs from where - reflexes again - I coughed it back up into my sinuses. It stayed up there for the rest of the meal, with much irritation. Finally it dripped down the back of my throat along with the mucous that it triggered.
