The pesto thread got me motivated. Made some gnocchi tonight with eggplant mixed in (yes, from the garden again...Japaneese eggplant...smaller and sweeter).....mixed it in with a pesto sauce....YUM!!!!! That stuff sticks to your ribs but is ooooooo soooooo goooooddddddd!!!
