Arecibo Satellite dish in San Juan Puerta Rico.
I think it's been in a James Bond movie as well as Contact.
I think it would be a killer to skate it a bit then have some cold beers sitting at the bottom of it.

isnt it in the caldera of a dormant/extinct volcano?
Id happily skate it provided you do the following
1)shout my air ticket (return first class of course)
2) shout beers after the session
Unfortunately as its a very large parabolic bowl close to its minima it might be as much fun as riding a velodrome, but as a back up plan bring some slalom cones and slalom boards |

I believe its over a sinkhole.
It's definitely a bowl for giants not mere humans 
I can help with the beers, but not the airline tickets. |
