| I entered a raffle for a surfboard yesterday and my dad told me that if i won, we would need to buy a black '61 continental with the suicide doors to carry the board around in. He is all about style and that car screams style. Especially with a longboard sticking up from the backseat. He advised me not to enter but i did anyway. |

I have had a couple of typeIII's in my time. I had a '67 and '73 fastbacks, and a good friend has five TypeII's including a '64 notch. I got outta those and started on bugs. I currently have a late "52 Zwitter, and a '64 old school drag car from the early '70s. I think at last count, me and my wife have had about 25 vws. 6 was the most at any one time. |
