I contacted Mike last month about ordering some items from Vox and he had just happened to have started an account with them. He placed the order for me and a few weeks later informed me that my items were in and that they were sent out to me on Tuesday. The box arrived this morning in perfect shape.

All I can say is Mike has the goods, and if he doesn't, he can get them.
I get all of my stuff from him now. Plus, it helps out that he's local for me too.

I forgot to say that he forgot the griptape that I ordered; but I won't hold it against him seeing how he came through with all the other stuff and all the pms I sent him checking on the order's progress.
Definitely a stand up guy. |

Your grip is getting shipped today along with a super duper prize pack to make up for the screw up. My lovely wife has been helping me out, and doing a great job, but on orders outside "TheSystem�" she is still figuring it out. Weeding through PMs to make sure we get everything is tough sometimes, especially if you dont hang out here.
The Vox account thing was a damn nightmare. They had me under two different names with different terms and no one could figure out what was up. All my orders were on hold and no one bothered to call and let me know there was a problem. All I ever heard was "Its allocated and shipping today" and nothing for two weeks. I finally spent an hour on the phone with them over there getting it straightened out. Its all good now.
Thanks for the kind words everyone, it's really appreciated. We try as hard as we can to make sure everything is shipped and packed well. Sometimes we mess up, but we try to make it right and hopefully make up for it.
Hopefully everyone has a Merry Christmas and Santa brings you everything you want and more. Kiss the wife, hug your kids and stay safe. |
