Tried it this evening. Not bad but not great either. Of course I've never been to Brooklyn to try the real deal, so what do I know.
You call that a fold? Fold it like a man!
I am folding it like a man:lol: |

Never had "Brooklyn" pizza, but the pizza at the Staten Island Ferry building in Manhatten was the best ever back in the '70's. |

No matter what Domino's does to their pizzas, it's still shit. |

Deep dish has become synonymous with stuffed but its not the same. Probably because nobody makes deep dish anymore. When I was a kid you could get a a deep dish pizza and it was 1/2" thick with lots of sauce and cheese. It was really good and didnt taste like a hunk of dough.
Chicago thin crust doesnt fold either, the crust is different, and we dont cut our pizza into pie shapes. Beyond me why someone would cut pizza into a shape that would cause you to take evasive maneuvers to keep it from hanging like limp dick after it just dumped its topping load onto your lap. |

I had it once and It was 'OK'
I'd rather just have a thin crust pizza though... |
