I've lost almost 40 pounds since the beginning of Spring 2006. Stoke.
No fucking diets. Just watching what I eat, drinking less alcohol, and stressing about helping to open a business. Which is now open!!! Fucking finally!
Now, if you don't mind, I'm gonna go get shitfaced. |

| Good for you Tom. I lost 20 over the summer to get better rates on my life insurance policy and I ended up having far fewer back problems. I ate a little better and quit drinking during the week and lost 20 in two months. |

Congratulations, that's awesome. Now for the hard part, keeping it off. I went from 240 to 188 between August 2003 and February 2004. Unfortunately I'm back up to a svelt 220 and struggling to keep it there.  |

| The funny thing is that I don't really look that different. I'm still around 230. Yeah, it got bad at 268. That's when I freaked. My fucking head and neck are still huge, though. Which is a bit disconcerting. |
