Man.. I can't do 5. I'll just name the most memorable..

Pogues - NYC, 2006. This show is a long story, but to make it short, I got fucking TANKED with the Pogues until 4 AM on St. Patrick's Day. Nice bunch of fellas, and funny as all hell.

Keith Morris/Henry Rollins - West Memphis 3 Black Flag shows with the Rollins Band 2003- This one started by Keith Morris walking on stage and saying, "Hi, my name's Keith and I used to be in a band called Black Flag" right as the band launched into Nervous Breakdown. People went apeshit. It was 2 hours of 40 year old men punching each other in the head.

Elvis Costello - Ryman Auditorium, Nashville, TN 2004 - I dunno what to say about this one. Fucking great great great.

Neurosis/Buzzoven/Drive Like Jehu, 1993 or so, Nite Owl, Pensacola, FL - So good.. So f'n good.

Fugazi, every time, all the time: Got to see them 3 times. Great every time.

Ramones - New Orleans, LA 1995: C'mon, it's the fucking Ramones.

Flogging Molly: I've seen FM nearly 30 times since 2000. They are one of the best live shows out there. Every time is great. Good bunch of folks. I will be down with Dennis Casey for life. That dude is an epic bro.

Green Day/Tilt, 1992, Pensacola, FL: My first ever show. There were about 25 people there. My friend left her jacket there and we had to go back and get it. We ended up sitting in Green Day's bookmobile tour bus for like an hour. Mike ended up living near me for about 6 months a few years later. Nice guys. 4 years later, Cinder from Tilt would punch me in the face at a show after my buddy grabbed her ass and pointed at me.

The Business, 1996: New Orleans, LA - I saw a guy get stabbed in the head at this show. Dropkick Murphy's were the opener on their first ever tour.

Guitar Wolf - Atlanta, GA 2005: I will always remember this show, because it was the last one Billy ever played before he died in Japan a week later. I was lucky enough to have seen GW 5 or 6 times over the years, and this one was especially out of control.

I've seen thousands of shows so no way could I really rate them but a few that come to mind this morning, in chronological order:

Clash 1983, US Festival
Pixies 1989, Ventura
Fugazi, at least a dozen times CA/OR/WA and tokyo, 1991-93
Pavement, Tokyo 1992
Gang of Four, San Francisco, 2005

But then I'd be leaving out other memorable shows by: the pogues with joe strummer & los lobos in '87, REM in '85, neil young, jonathan richman, bob dylan, big star, circle jerks, dinosaur jr., social distortion, red kross, the Cramps(!), Mudhoney in '88(fucking amazing), the smiths in '86, U2 in '86 & '87, and god knows how many others I'd remember with a little prompting or after hearing one of their songs...
