Since you are a fan of giant food items, thought i'd post this
I made this whopper of a calzone for my buddy jon's birthday last week. It contained the following:
6 pounds of dough
pepperoni
sausage
mushrooms
onion
black olives
green olives
capicola
jalapenos
hot giardinera
green peppers
provolone cheese
mozzerella
cheddar cheese
diced tomatoes
bacon
Meatballs
The whole thing weighed in at somewhere around 20-22 pounds. The scale at work only goes up to 20 lbs, and it went far past that.

You look like you're preparing to slap it. |

Maybe it will be calzone day in the cafe at lunch today.
Turner has pretty awesome food in their cafeteria. Way better than the last place I worked in. |

I cooked it for 20 minutes at work, and then about 20 minutes to crisp/reheat it at the bar. I actually didn't have any of it because I'm allergic to olives. Everyone with the exception of one person (said the peppers and capicola were too hot/spicy) loved it. We served it in portions the size of a pack of cigarettes (the calzone was about 4" thick) and it fed a good 40 people for the night. |

If you're allergic to olives, why in the hell did you include them? Half the people probably picked them out anyway. I would have.
Fuck olives. |

I ate at work. I made the calzone special request for the birthday boy, so it was his call what went in it. I'm content with just pepperoni. |
