I skated Lanc ASS ter today.

some dude named steve asked me if I knew about the new stuff at FDR. I said yeah. I saw it a month ago. Then he asked If I knew about the "keyhole" they're (Carlos and crew) building. I said no He said they started it already this weekend.

rumor number 2

he asked if I knew about lower paxton (Harrisburg suburb)township building a park. I said yeah I hear it's going to be a bolt together turd. He said that was the original plan but it was thrown out because of negative community feed back and they're now looking for a real skatepark company too build it.

If I find out that these rumors are true. I'll repost

It seems like they're ready too build and build at FDR as long as the money keeps flowing in.

I hope both rumors are true

The FDR rumor is true. The stuff they are building is going to be awesome. The key hole is framed out. The waterfall is done cept for coping and there is a section of 1/4 pipes on the other side of the roll in next to the bowls and big wall ride. I dropped off a bunch of crete and stayed late a night to help them move rocks. I will be down there Sat afternoon and Sunday afternoon if anyone is coming down let me know. Later.

HOLY SHIT ! ! !

I got to hit FDR on my drive back to Ohio from visiting friends in Jersey last August. While myself and a few others were skating a truck pulled up and dudes starting whipping out shovels, pickaxe, buckets, PBR etc. I had the pleasure and honor of helping move dirt, rock, and trash to form a new section of my favorite park I have ever skated (and kick in a little dough). It is killer to see what is becoming of it. I can't wait to come back next summer and skate it !! Those guys bust their ass and their bank for that park. FDR rules.

Keyhole is 95% done...all that is left is the coping. It is super mellow and smooth and fast. Check this photo of one of the major minds behind the bowls creation, Carlos. Dude kills the place...freakin owns it. This bowl is like 12 feet deep..no joke.
