I couldn't decide where to post this one here or the wanted section. So here goes, I need your best burger recipes. We are having a few friends over this weekend and want to do somthing diffrent. I usually put a pack of two of lipton soup mix, Onion or mushroom. This has def run its course, tastes like ass anymore. Hit me up with any and all ideas & Thanks. GK33 |

Buffalo Burger
1 lb ground buffalo
Spice with garlic, fresh ground pepper, paprika and dehydrated onion.
Form patties.
Throw them on the BBQ at high heat�close the lid for 5 minutes, flip 'em and repeat.
Turn off the fire, add chedder and close lid for a few minutes.
Serve on sesame bun with mayo, mustard, catsup, garlic dills, lettuce, sprouts, bacon and great tomatoes.

Not needed�it was a rather young bull, and thus juicier. Almost like veal. Delicious!
I could have put a fried egg on-top, but that would have been overkill. |

hamburglar meat
Worcestershire sauce
fresh garlic
salt
ground pepper
parsley
oregano
mix it all up by hand in a large mixing bowl, then form into patties and grill
I just go by feel on the measurements, but it's heavy on the pepper and oregano, with just enough sauce to cover the meat and ~1 fat clove garlic per lb of meat.
Everyone seems to like it... it's sortof like an italian meatball mix |

Liberally marinate the burglar meat in Pilliteri's steak and seafrood seasoning and then hit it with Goya Adobo once it gets on the grill.
Top it with Dukes mayonnaise (none of that Miracle Whip shit), kosher dill chips, thin sliced red onion and wash it down with a cheap, canned tallboy. |
