Deck Printing

We go through two deck manufacturers in California for our decks. One of the manufacturers is very small and he only makes decks and doesn't do any printing.

I know that it would be much easier for us to just go with a deck manufacturer who also prints, but his quality is hands down the best I have ever seen. So here's my question.

Can anyone provide me with a quality screen printer that is some what reasonable in price who lives in California. We are only looking at getting 40 decks done at this time. 20 of them will be formica so I need somebody who can print over formica as well as just straight wood.

The design is four colors and we would like a tip to tail print.
