I age mine atleast another week or so. Best damn food period.
Being an Albertian I thought you would eat yours blue as blue could be. When I went to zrollers wedding in Banff the prime rib was fuckin rare as rare could be and they were all still bitching about it.
Med rare is were it's at fo sho. |
