Thought ya'll might like to see a few pics of two new jigs. The first is a truck hole drilling guide. The metal sleeves affixed to the blank keep a drill bit straight and alligned for fast repeatable results. Just clamp the the guide to your blanks place on a sacrificial bed and drill. Not as fast as a gang drill but it only cost 8 bucks ea and a couple of factory inperfect blanks. I made one for 15" and 14" wheelbase for right now.

I have in the past been routing my edges with a table mounted router and a modified salsa bowl, this year tho the router table will be primarilly used for final shape trimming so I switched to a hand router for edging. The salsa bowl however is back only now it's mounted to the router base not the table. So far the results are promising it cuts down on the drum sanding time.

Thats it for now hope you like.......
