I live alone, however the cat was keen to get outside - even though it is freezing outside and the heater is on!
Man, the farting is so worth it for the taste of these ripe beauties! |

They are AWESOME! I love sliced up pieces on toast/sandwhich. yum! Had two recently and planted the seeds in the backyard...here's hoping they grow and I have all the avocados I can stand!
(*and yes, I will still make fake guac on occassion...haha) |

I don't think that stuffing the seeds in the area circled counts as planting them! HAHA!! |

If you're eatin' 'em right out of the skin, a little squirt of lemon or lime juice makes 'em totally tubular... with the previously mentioned sprinkling of salt of course.
I too, thoroughly enjoy the Avocado.
Boners up for Avocados...
Awesome post, someone finally needed to give the Avocado the respect it rightfully deserves. |

"Something" came along and dug up both avocado seeds I planted. GRRRRRR! I gotta get some more and replant. Any idea on the gestation period for Avocado seeds? when to expect a sprout? And what is the average flying speed of a full-ladden swallow? |
