Made these this past weekend and almost made myself sick eating so much beacuse they are SOOOOOOOO good!!!!!
-pack of ground turkey (I get the super lean/fat free kind)
-chopped red onions
-chopped green bell pepper
-crumbled blue cheese
-2 eggs
mix all together, patty it up and grill em. Delicious!!!! The red onions and blue cheese really make it. I put them on a burger bun with lettuce, tomato and dijon mustard. Yum! |

wow, top it off with the fake guacamole you like to make and a glass of chardonay and you'll be roller blading in no time.
Amor, you really need to be stopped. You do. It is for your own good. You are scaring and scarring people.
Do you even know that it is crab season? |

Ok....once more for those just joining in.....I do not eat pork, beef or pretty much anything other than poultry and fish/seafood. That's not for some kind of moral/religious reason or whatever...it is due to a tramatic childhood episode of almost dying while eating a piece of steak. Can't stand the taste of any of it to this day. Sooooo I gotta get creative some times with what I eat. |

Let's take up a collection for AMOR's therapy...gotta get over the beef issue. Missing out on a whole lotta good food ---
And you gotta remember: fat = flavor. I'm not saying go full on, but add a little olive oil to the mix to round out the lack of fat in the meat. The egg helps as a binding agent, and gives it some richness, but you gotta cook it pretty well done, thus drying it out. A little milk or some crushed ice mixed in will help w/ that.
Skip the damn fake guac. |
