Crest turned me on to a Numbchuck, and I'm having a blast on it. 38 inches...Where is nick these days? I'd like to tell him how much fun I'm having...
That's just embarrassing Darth. I use my two Numbchucks for noping parks and as a walking cane. Gonna have to step it up..........next summer. |

There's video online somewhere of Brad Edwards throwing an EE around in a park. Fucking nuts! Brad, hella cool guy, isn't what you'd call large...the EE's are. BE fucking ROCKS! I can't do a 360 on my EE...can hardly wheelie (manual for those of you less than 30) it. |

Thanks...
Friday was my first day back on a board since June. Still barely have enough strength in that leg to walk, which makes skating *really* interesting. Any g-force from carving, or hitting a big transition, and my front leg just folds... |

I have a 48"er that I like to ride in the big bowl in Athens, GA... I can't really do much other than carve on it, but it's a blast. |

Me too at this point...I'm wondering though. Are they making new ones? Or where does one buy a blank this big (I prefer uncut blanks).

Next summer? What happened to tomorrow!
For me this board is easier to ride for some reason... |

I have an issue of International Longboarder Mag that has an interview with George Orton. He's ripping vert and roundwall with a 46" madrid model. |

Who knows if the 2006 Afroman boards will ever get done?
You might want to check out the Cold War ICBM... it's about the same dimensions as the Numbchuck.
Or, you might check with Danny at Factory 13... he pressed the first batch of ICBM's, and he might have some blanks pressed up that you can buy. He makes most of his longboards with 8 plies... some are 7 maple & 1 formica.
Also, Paige Hearn made some 38ish boards last year, but I don't think he has any more blanks left... worth checking. |
