Cutting out boards?

Hey Ya'll,

Quick question about cutting out board shapes. I WANT a cnc router. However don't want to pay for a cnc router. We currently use a table router system but am looking for a way to ensure constant shapes without variation.

ANy ideas on how we could acheive something like this using a vaccum system and table routers?

Or even if you like share you system with the world!?
