Handpainted Deck - Lennon

Here's my 3rd handpainted deck. Same as before; enamel spray paint applied with stencils.




I did the background first on this one to try and get a different effect and just about went insane trying to get everything in place. I've got one more blank to paint and will probably try something different. I've done all portraits so far, so it's time for a change.

i dont like the back background but the portrait is damn good. the fusion of the two faces gives you something to trip out on for a bit. nice colors too.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't think this one was as interesting or as sharp at the Dali or Burroughs one I did, but I'm hoping to get this one published in a book on Beatles fan art. We'll see.

That is seriously sick stenciling! Man, you have BIG patients. I have a really hard time letting the paint dry between coats and it gets sloppy. That is clean!
