NONPROFIT SKATEPARKS

Anyone here know anyone who runs or runs a nonprofit skatepark themselves?
Me and a few friends were thinking of opening one for the fuck of it and was wondering what it would take,

anyone got any info on this subject?
i also posted this in hot discussions.
any help would be doing a great deed to skateboarding...

Ollies is set up as an nonprofit athletic sports program.

...and there's Sixth Avenue Skatepark in Nashville, TN -- http://www.sixthavenueskatepark.com/
It's part of a nonprofit christian organization known as Rocketown.
