eh. pass on the shit hole. lumpier then oatmeal.
There's a brand new DREAMLAND park opening in Port Angeles a couple miles west of Sequim though. It opens next week. check out http://nxnwsurf.com/papark/ (the local skate/surf shop) and talk to Frank for the goods. |

Jesus Juice? Sequim is an ant sized dock town in the North of Washington, I know it aint burnside but is it worth skating? I am from Pismo Beach CA and am hoping to skate between Seattle and Sequim...... |

I haven't skated it yet either. And when the Dreamland park is finished, I plan on skating Squim, even if it's just for a few seconds. Even janky parks are fun for a few laughs. |

Renton isn't worth skating, but I still skate that. Auburn, Bonney Lake, Gig Harbor all not really worth skating, but I still do every once in a while. It helps me appreciate real skaters making really good parks.
I'll never forget that ride in Yakima. That place is so funny, and sad at the same time.

the only good thing about yakima are the 2 wedges with the pit in between them. you can set a cat on fire and jump it. |

You know, I skated the sequim park on Friday and it aint bad at all. I actually can't beleive you would have told me to pass on it. Obviously bobcat you have too many good parks around you (truth) where I live in Pismo Beach we have one and it aint so grand either but the kids fuck it up daily and it is rad. Bainbridge rules it! the park in university city was sweet too. You Oregon and washington folks have really got it good with your parks you get to choose from. I am jealous. Where the fuck can I buy a landyachts up here???!!! Thanks all. MM |

yes we are spoiled.. haha
that was one of the toughest things about running a site with over 250 parks here in the NW, every year the ante gets upped. What was considered a good northwest park back in the late 90's is nothing more then rollerblader fodder now.
Glad you at least got to ride Bainbridge though, that place is awesome. |
