How to patch 1/4" step in a concrete halfpipe?

In Waltham MA - at Koutoujian Park - a cheesy skateboard park there is a prefab concrete half-pipe. The problem is it is made of 6 parts and they don't all fit together properly.

The six parts are 4 quarter pipes and two flats.

The problems is that the bottom of two of the quarter pipes are about 1/4" lower than the flat - making for a scary little bump just as you are at top speed at the bottom of the tranny.

I'm looking for some ideas to smooth it out.

Keep in mind this is a town park - so bringing in heavy equipment or powertools on our own is out.

Doing some minor patching could be possible.

I suppose I should check with the town to see how willing they would be to help....

I'll try to post some pictures of what I am talking about later.

My first thought - DUCT TAPE - simple but temporary.

Any other ideas?

There's a bunch of different kinds - how's this one look: http://www.bondo-online.com/catalog_item.asp?itemNbr=241

With or without fiberglass?

How fragile is it when it dries?

Does it crack?

You should use a polymer modified mortar. It will feather out nicely, is stronger than the concrete, and much eashier to use than bondo. I would use a speed set type, maybe paint the surface with straight liquid acrylic to enhance the bond.

Check masonry or ceramic tile wholesalers in your area for products that would work.

or spraypaint an "open letter to the city" on the ramp regarding the pitiful attempt at appeasing the local skaterboarders
