Happy Memorial day all.
Thought I would give a short update on our press, mold, and decks so far.
In the last two months we've pressed up over 60 decks, and sold nearly half of them to local shops and riders at the park. Our press frame and mold are holding up fantastic. There is no sign of fatuige or weakness to report in eigther, each deck is coming out the same as the one before.
We have started offering dyed boards as well as full dips, the dye jobs look great and are easy to do. I'm not a big fan of the full dip decks so far tho, it's just me but I like to see the wood edge on decks they simply feel more like hand built products. The full dips give me a sense of cheap mass production, I know it's just mental but I can't get past it.
Anyway not wanting to gloat, just share our stoke. Thanks to everyone here for the help and knowledge......Later, Mike |
