Aight. My grandma used to make this for me on the weekends, and I still break it out every now and then.. let me know if this has an "official" name..
*Thinly spread cream cheese on one slice of bread, and your preferred-style of jam/preserves on another (i recommend strawberry preserves, but the original had grape jelly), sandwich'em together, then *very* lightly spread butter to both "outsides" of the sandwich.
*scramble a couple of eggs in a bowl, dip the buttered "exteriors" in the egg, and grill it up.. apply a little extra egg if necessary..
