From what I remember when researching (before my dreams were stomped on) the minimums are pretty high.
Presicision Urthane has minimums starting at 2,500 units for a one-color print. And I think think each unit was 2.15, exluding printing plates and set-up.

The big daddy wheel mfr. has a minimum of 500 pieces, $2.55 per wheel, plus printing. If you want to do your own wheel shape, the custom molds start at $4K each. |

Anyone know what the underside of this pad may look like or where to source some pads? Maybe I can find something similar.
Thanks. |

maybe something like this with a slight nipple?
or something with a bigger nip like this?
or how about no nipple? The one in my last post looks to have no nipple.

HAHA thats our charge wheel that are being printed there, unfortunatly those wheels were the worst ones I have ever ridden, to bad casue they could really do small quantitys etc. I think we did like 25 sets or something like that. But they were flatspotting by just looking at them. |

What, they only offer shitty wheels? Can't you just upgrade to some higher quality urethane?
Eastbilt has 25 set minimums? |
