Shop labour- do you charge for it?

i've had a shop for two years, and just recently we've started charging for re-grips when the old grip is still attached and the trucks have to be removed and put back on. i now charge $10 for this, the grip is $6 so that's $4 for the labor, to me that's more than fair as it most of the time a big pain in the butt! i also look at it as a deterrent to those kids who think they have to change their grip out every 2 weeks or so, if they don't want to pay the $10 then hey pay the $6 and do it yourself, and i bet next time they pay me the extra $4 to do the dirty work though

and so you all know, i take care of kids in so many ways it's not funny, i give away stickers, posters, free sessions for my park, and even some discounts for the more frequent customers so i don't feel guilty about this small labor fee one bit...
