never had this problem, could it be from over flashing |

undercured if all the ink is washing off, over flashed if it's multicolour and the top colours are washing off . . . |

just white ink on black, im guessing under cured cuz only a few did it for some reason... and worse order to have this happen it was for The Highwaymen. but they understood and i told them i would re do the bad ones |

if you have a conveyor dryer, when you make your first few hundred dollars go out and buy an Atkins Donut Probe. It's a disc with two crossed wires that measure the ink film temp. Place it inside the shirt with the wires touching the underside of the ink film. Adjust your belt and heat so it reaches 350 at the end.
If you are using a flash to cure, make sure it's high enough and move it around to give even cure.
White ink always takes longer because it reflects heat and it's a thicker ink film. |
