I just ordered a BDS 38" Shogo Kubo Longboard. This board is 38"X9.5" with a concave. I'm going to set it up with Randall 150MM Trucks, 1/2" flat risers, BDS Sonic Red 80A Dub-Cons and Rockin' Ron's Rockets for bearings. This should be a totally sweet landsurfer... Roger "Doc".

Are they gonna sell single unsigned ones so we can get one to ride?
Thanks,
Jeff. |

I don't know... They are only going to be making 250 on this run. They will be signed by both Wes Humpston and Shogo Kubo. I ride all my boards, signed or not... I'm not rich enough to be a collector. So mine will be signed and ridden! I'd write Foz on the BDS Message Boards, he's the one that answer that question. I'm waiting now for the Brown Santa to show up with my BDS Hoodie. Roger "Doc".

You are upgrading the Randal kingpins to grade-8's, right? |

Absolutely!!! I've heard this from several people, and I'm a huge dude... so I definitely don't want to snap a kingpin. Roger "Doc".

randals are pretty tall. You might not need all that riser. Then agian you might like em tall.
Sounds like a sick setup |

The BDS Dub-Cons are a pretty big wheel, and I'm a big guy. So I want to avoid wheel bite at all cost... Roger "Doc".

I was riding Randall 180s with 63.5 shitfires, and I ride em loose. 1/8 risers and never got wheel bite. |

DubCons ain't that big
with 1/2 inch and randals you could probably run 75mm wheels and never--ever get wheel bite... try 1/8 and see what happens.. shouldn't bite at all and it'll ride better |
