I read some of the posts here and think I could use some help about what kind of density of the mesh to use (110, 150 etc) for printing t-shirts etc. At the moment Im using like 43, 55 when I print shirts and that what I was told by my seller especially when doing swetshirts etc. Im from sweden so are we talking the same measurements here or am I a complete idiot when using those meshes??
One more question: Im printing with plastisol colors from sericol and I dosent used anything else to compare with, but I personally feel that the sericol colors are really thick in its consistence, and the white color is thicker then any of my other colors from sericol, I really need to push to get the white color through the mesh, or am I missing something? should the color be mixed with something to loosen it up? |

yeah that sucks about your white
there are a few products out there to thin the plastisol, without distorting the color
ask where you buy your ink from... what will work best with the ink your using |

Hellconcave,
Are your screens measure in threads per centimeter?
The 110 etc are threads per inch if I am not mistaken |
