Hey Everyone,
Ive been watching lots of art come and go from the forum and can only say good work to all. I run a company making one off skateboards here in Australia and offer a section of our websites to designers wanting to make a little money. It's not a huge amount of money as you can imagine but around 10USD per deck sold. The ease of paypal and even an ebay account has made payment of these 'sales' fairly easy in the past. Anyway...if your interested or have any better ideas such as free decks or something like that id be happy to chat with you. Thanks for your time and everyone keep up the good work.

Well, if you have anything in mind, I'm actually doing some work for another company (still working on the tree, TRUpah! I haven't forgot!) now and I'd love to do more.
You've probably seen a few of my things in here. I love to put other peoples ideas down in illustration.
I can show you some of my stuff if you're still looking.

Hey Oasis,
It's up to you really, check out the gallery on the website now, i've managed to put a couple o pics back up. As you can see there is no particular style that we upload, it is just an opportunity to have your work/label/brand available for people in AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND.
Now a few people have asked about payment so ill address it here. At the moment we use paypal as it is supa easy and quick. We are NOT in the business in ripping people and wouldnt bitch and moan about 10 bucks, the exposure is well worth it and we don't want any bad publicity.
What we are after is everything, even if it is the simplest of simple designs who knows it may just be what someone wants and then bang - you've work/label/brand has just travelled the oceans and you can run and tell your mum...'mum, mum, someone in Australia (or New Zealand) bought one of my decks..!' and she'll say...'oh darling that's fantastic...now take out the trash!'
Get it? 
We will also have a chance to print one off t-shirts in the near future and this will be available too you as well. |
