@Shackle,
Before? YES. After? NO!
@Lush,
Yes, yes, YES! Pickapeppa is damn fine stuff. Also, on the cream cheese front, you can mix up some pineapple preserves & mustard powder (Colemans!) and add that over the top as well. Nice. |

ok...new one this weekend....put it in Friday and will cook up on Sunday....
- A1 marinade (not Bar-b-q sauce like last time)
- French's mustard
- Lite Soy sauce
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Bread crumbs (ever have "Chicken a la Ritz"? same idea...not Ritz crackers crumbled up, but same effect when baked....it's a healthy way to fake fried chicken)
....all shaken together with Chicken breast cutlets. I will let you know how it works out tomorrow.

Turned out awesome!!! Trick is to "mix" the breadcrumbs in right before cooking...so they dont' get soggy...then bake until crumbs are good and crispy browned...I swear it tasted just like fried chicken! Soooo good!!!! I had to force myself to stop eating...else I'd have to go change into the sweatpants. |
