Production runs

Curious...how many decks usually get made of a particular shape/graphic?

Obviously when pros had the same graphics for a few years (mid 80's) then those numbers would be in the tens of thousands but what is a usual number for todays company's?

I'm sure the numbers dropped significantly since skaters change their graphics so frequently but what would a ballpark number be?

And what about back in the day? How many Hawk Iron Cross decks are out there? What about something rare like a 101 graphic with a "cease and desist" order or a controversial graphic like a Natas devilworship?

I have no idea about todays production runs.



I'm pretty sure that back in the late '80's , Tony Hawks skull graphic was like at 10,000/MONTH if I am remembering correctly. Hosoi's probably very similar. Depends on the Pro I guess.
