Aiight i know this is general but...
i dont know shit about printing or the process. but i thought about picking up some uncut blanks and shaping them and then throwing some of my art on them. Is there a cheap entry level priniter that i could get. or does anyone have a website with some info that i can look at to learn more about screening decks? it is just an idea at the moment that came to me during math class. so anything would help.

Your "idea" is exactly what I've been doing for months.
My advice:
read every bit of the screen printing forum and pick out as many re-occurring facts as you can and get a list going.
Research ink info, screen info, info on techniques, etc....
Remember though....the info you find on "general" screen printing does not always apply to printing on decks.
It's like a big puzzle when your doing it all yourself. Not only do you have to find this information, but you have to understand it as well so you can put it all together. Takes a while. I'm still in the process.
Here's a few I've done....
