Is there anyone here from Toronto, or near by than know of any skate stores that carry the Powell re-issue Alan Gelfand 25 anniv.
deck? I've been looking around (Hogtown, FullTilt, etc..) and no one carries it.

Or are there any Canadian online skate stores that have this deck for sale?

Anyone know?

JD

If a shop doesn't have the board you're looking for and it's still in production, all you have to do is ask them to order it for you. It's available in Canada and Powell is still making them. If the shop wont order it for you then goto another shop. Put down a downpayment and I'm certain they'd do it.

Just ask and ye shall receive.

I personally think the Powell sales rep to Eastern Canada blows. I hardly ever see any Powell stuff. I guess it doesn't sell as well and World Shitistries and Birdhouse.

BTW... Paul Machnau stuff will soon be collectable as he has quit Brigade and they've stopped production of his boards.

Why are those boards selling for so much on Ebay? The Gelfand that is.

I guess because some people are morons. I don't know what it is about Ebay but some people just go nuts and spend more than what they would pay by going to their local shop ....and they wouldn't have to pay S&H.
